"I saw Tracy Daniels at the end of 2015 to help me overcome my fear of driving. For many years I have been a reluctant driver – only driving within a small radius of my home. If ever I had to go beyond these known roads, I would often panic and experience anxiety symptoms. I would always avoid driving on dual carriageways and have never driven on a motorway.
 
I was a little apprehensive on our first meeting but Tracy immediately put me at ease with her calm manner and knowledge about the workings of the brain and the effects of anxiety upon the body. Over the 6 sessions, Tracy helped me to work out that I firstly needed to improve upon my own overall self-assuredness before tackling the driving issue.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, which were informative and incredibly relaxing.
