I am a registered, experienced, professionally qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness teacher and former FE lecturer. I provide clients with a relaxing and comfortable space in which to off-load problems and work toward finding solutions. I am passionate about my work and I have enabled many former clients to achieve successful outcomes and move forward with their lives.
Helping adults, children and young people cope with the symptoms of anxiety, low mood, depression or reduce the adverse effects of stress is a major focus of my work. My work is focused on you as an individual. I provide a bespoke service and hypnotherapy recordings for your personal use in between sessions.
