Testimonials
"I have a very long standing interest in mindfulness and the mind body connection so saw this as an opportunity to bring the two together in a very practical way. I am also seeing Tracy professionally for other issues so I knew her credentials were impeccable.
I have learned the value of making and taking time out to do mindfulness practice which can help to salvage a day which is becoming too stressed and over full. Once you have managed to identify a time slot to meditate the benefits can be great. Its amazing what a difference even 5 minutes out to focus on breathing can make!
I would thoroughly recommend the course. I think the course would be good to consolidate an existing interest or as an introduction to the area as no existing knowledge is presumed. I found there was a lot of sharing and learning from the others in the group too so we could encourage each other. If you are able to transfer the learning to other parts of your life it really does open up your eyes to so many wonderful things in life we all take for granted. This is a relaxed gentle introduction to the subject with plenty of time for reflection and questions."

"I often suffered with anxiety and found it hard to truly relax. I booked on the Mindfulness course as I had read a number of books about it, but could never quite get my head around the meditation side of things as I didn’t think I had the time. Tracy’s sessions had a great mixture of theory, discussion and meditation practice and helped me to understand the importance and benefit of taking the time to be truly mindful. As a result I am much calmer and happier in myself. "

One to one sessions
"Tracy's Mindfulness programme was great for me. Over several weeks the 1-2-1 course provided a really useful framework for tackling my anxiety. Combining theory with practical exercises (including audio meditation for home use), I found the course helped me to focus upon “the present” and achieve a better sense of perspective and calm.
Tracy is a great coach. Very professional, easy to talk with, supportive, caring and empathetic. Tracy really helped me to reflect and to challenge myself with some very simple Mindfulness techniques.
Undertaking the Mindfulness course has been very beneficial for me and I am very grateful to Tracy for the positive impact it has made to my well-being."
